This our first preserving class! During this half day workshop, Katrine from Pennyroyal Raspberry Farm will teach you to the basics of this beautiful time honoured practice. You will learn to make jam, fruit paste and bottled fruit - and what you make, you take home with you!
This workshop is designed to be informative, and just as importantly, fun and relaxed. You will enjoy the bounty of summer produce, drink and be merry!

Katrine and Mike run a berry farm out at their Otway property. During summer time, they open the gates and you can wander through the farm and pick your own berries.
