Sage Farm | The Art of Butchery
Saturday 3 February. 10am to 1.30pm
This our first butchery class! During this half day workshop, Chris and Timmy, his on farm butcher, from Sage Farm will show you how to break down a lamb carcass; transforming a whole lamb into the different cuts.
This workshop is designed to be informative, and just as importantly, fun and relaxed. You will eat wonderful meat, drink and be merry!

Sage is a unique and impressive operation. Chris controls and nurtures each part of the animals life; from breading, their living environment and their end. Their integrated program includes an on-farm butchery - pretty damn terrific. We are very selective about what meats we allow on our menu at the cafe, and we are both proud to serve his meats and grateful of the of the work and ethics behind his operation.
